My Story
Luke DeSalvo is a multi-faceted creator with a mission: to inspire transformation through storytelling, innovation, and imagination. As the author of the Seventh Season Series, Luke channels his vivid creative vision into tales of resilience, self-discovery, and adventure. His work spans across mediums, from novels to upcoming immersive video game experiences, all rooted in his belief that art has the power to heal and connect us.
Luke’s body of work also includes The Lightspeed Archives, a visionary novella that explores mysticism, divine encounters, and the healing power of dreams. Originally released as a blog series, this intimate project draws from Luke’s own meditative experiences and spiritual insights, offering readers a rare glimpse into the liminal spaces between the seen and unseen worlds.
Luke’s journey has been shaped by unique challenges. Diagnosed with bipolar schizoaffective disorder, he views his mental health experiences not as limitations, but as a gateway to an unparalleled creative "sixth sense." This perspective fuels his ability to explore the edges of human emotion, crafting stories and projects that resonate deeply with his audience.
In addition to his personal projects, Luke collaborates closely with his wife, Monique Kemper DeSalvo, a fellow author and mental health advocate. Monique, known for her captivating fantasy vampire novels, brings her own unique voice and vision to their shared creative journey. Together, they explore themes of mysticism, psychological depth, and the supernatural in their respective works.
Luke and Monique are not just partners in creativity but also in life. They are proud parents of two daughters and live on the gorgeous island of Kauai, where the natural beauty and island life inspire their artistic endeavors. Their home serves as a sanctuary of creativity, where they continually support and challenge each other to push the boundaries of their art.
